Leh has mostly a cold climate. This area receives heavy snowfall during winters, so the roads remain blocked most of the time. Dras in Ladakh is the world's second coldest place, wherein in winters people do not bother to come out of their homes due to the severe cold.

How to reach:-
You can reach Leh via Leh airport and the National Highway that leads to Srinagar. There is no such railway station in the region. You can only reach the destination via roadway or airport.
